      Haha, true
      I wasn't really sure at this point whether the monsters in the film were to be cute or terrifying
      I went down the cute route.

    Now animate this li'l guy slowly morphing into something realllly creepy... scary is even scarier when it's something that looked safe at first...!!!

    When that friendly smile suddenly gets a little tooo wide, and the cracks appear... shiver
